Shipping Fees

Shipping within Japan is free for orders totaling JPY 6,600 or more.
For orders under JPY 6,600, a shipping fee of JPY 600 will be charged.
Shipping to the United States is a flat rate of USD 25.
Orders are generally shipped via Japan Post International Air Packet.

Processing and Shipping Time

Orders will be shipped within 12 business days from the date the order is placed.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays are not considered business days.

As all products are made to order, the official shipping schedule will be provided in your Order Confirmation Email.

The Order Confirmation Email is typically sent on or after the next business day following your purchase.
Please allow some time for us to process your order.

Please make sure to check the email address used when placing your order.

Therefore, please allow the full production time before shipment.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Japan and the United States only.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the local customs authority or delivery carrier.

Because customs procedures and applicable charges vary by country and region, we are unable to estimate these fees in advance.
